TekMedic® was established at the end of 2003 to offer small businesses (generally 1 to 100 users) a cost-effective and reliable technical support and consultancy solution from a local base. Over the years, we have come to realise that we can better serve our customers through regular contact, so we no longer provide any ad-hoc support. All our work is carried out on a contract basis as part of an ongoing relationship with our customers. This means we do not simply react to IT issues, but plan over the long term for system stability and growth of your business.
The majority of IT support companies are very restrictive with regards to which parts of your network and which software packages they support. We try to work as if we were your internal IT department, and therefore provide the first point of contact for ANY technical query. As a result, most of our customers view us as one of the team instead of just another external supplier.
Although we are based in Chester, and our main coverage areas are the North West (Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester, the Wirral) and North Wales (Wrexham, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Conwy), we do also provide remote and onsite support services to a number of customers throughout the UK.
