- TekMedic holds information submitted by users of the website via the Quick Enquiry form and will also hold information regarding the use of the TekMedic Remote Rescue service.
- The Data Protection Act 1998 gives the User the right of access to User's personal information held on record. To gain access to User's own files held on record by TekMedic Ltd, email info@tekmedic.co.uk. This service is available at a fee.
Use of Information
- User information submitted through the Contact Us form will be used for contact purposes to deliver messages to the User from TekMedic. Messages include direct responses to queries made through the Contact Us form and promotion of services offices by TekMedic. If the User no longer wishes to receive such messages, the User should reply to any unwanted mailing with REMOVE in the subject line.
- Information held regarding use of the TekMedic Remote Rescue service will only be used for billing purposes and analysis of engineer activities.
Disclosure of Information
- TekMedic will never sell, rent, licence, exchange or disclose personally identifiable information to any third parties without the User's explicit permission.

Therefore TekMedic is not responsible and cannot guarantee the security of data during transmission through the website or the TekMedic Remote Rescue service. - TekMedic may use User IP addresses to diagnose server problems, broad demographic information, and guard against spamming and illegal or inappropriate use of the TekMedic site.
