Your IT department. As most of our customers have 50 users or less, we can assign a single engineer to deal with all support issues for each customer. We can do this by using our intelligent telephone switchboard to forward calls to the most appropriate engineer based on caller ID. However, there will be times when your assigned engineer is unavailable, in which case your call will be transferred to another engineer who can help you.
All our engineers have access to the vital detail of the configuration of your network and all outstanding support issues – so you don’t need to run through the entire history of a particular problem when you are put through to a different engineer.

As
Your IT Department, we can provide a single point of contact for ALL technical queries through our
all-inclusive support contracts. In addition to helping with issues regarding your core network (server, PCs, laptops,
email, broadband etc.) we are happy to liaise with 3rd parties to assist with a wide range of technologies including (but not limited to):
- Line-of-business software (i.e. software used by your specific industry)
- Telephone systems (traditional and VOIP)
- Accounts packages (Sage, Quickbooks etc.)
- Audio/visual equipment
- Point-of-sale
- CCTV systems
- Biometric access systems
